Because we Print-on-Demand, we are subject to their return policies.

Our return policy applies to most items, but please note the following exceptions:

- Hygiene-sensitive items such as tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks

- Sample products

- Intentionally damaged items

- Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

- Correctly printed custom orders that the customer no longer wants (e.g., wrong size or changed mind)

- Items delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
